Return Policy on Aquasana, Essence,Rainshow'r,Sprite,and Multi-Pure water filters:

Better Water Store guarantees that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return within 60 days within delivery of merchandise and receive a complete refund!

If you are purchasing the Aquasana EQ-300 Rhino whole house filter, Aquasana gives a 90 day guarantee within delivery of merchandise and include return shipping costs.
 
In the rare event that you are not satisfied, please call up for a Return Authorization Number. Better Water Store depends on repeat and referral business and we want to make your buying experience as pleasant and painless as possible.

Return Process:

Call us at 1-800 560-0436  or email shipping@betterwaterstore.com for a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to ship.

Return shipping charges are not included except with the Aquasana EQ-300 whole house filter. Full credit for the amount of purchaser will be issued to the same credit card as purchased with. Credit will be posted within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. All merchandise must be received undamaged with all parts and installation materials included.

Defective Merchandise:

Defective merchandise although rare, may be return for a full refund, exchange, or replacement within 30 days. of receipt of merchandise.Better Water Store will pay for shipping charges. Please email us at return@betterwaterstore.com or call 1-800 560 0436 for a Return Authorization Number. After our 30- day policy, the manufacturer's policy will apply.

We invite you to enjoy the benefits of  a Jupiter Water Ionizer for 60 days after purchase.
We are so sure that you will be satisfied with your Jupiter Water Ionizer that we offer you a 60 day money back guarantee. If at any time in the first 60 days you wish to return your unit, we will give you a full refund, less 15% restocking fee, as long as your ionizer is returned in a like-new condition and in its original packing. (Why a 15% restocking fee?) Better Water Store  must complete a full unit evaluation, replace all internal filters, make any appropriate unit adjustments, conduct a thorough quality check process, and then categorize as a “refurbished” unit)

"As new condition" means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVDs etc.
If you have NOT used any product, and NOT broken the manufacturer's seal on the box, you can return the products within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping charges on all returns will not reimbursed and return shipping must be paid by the customer.

All returns must be authorized by Better Water Store  and provided a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) prior to returning. We will notify you of your refund once we have processed the returned item and you can expect a refund to be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your returned item.

Shipping:

Better Water Store normally ships within 1 business day and ships via UPS or USPS. You should receive your order within 4-7 business days after you place your order.You will be emailed a tracking number when order is shipped. Please be careful when giving shipping information. If our shipper cannot deliver your order due to incorrect shipping information and is returned and has to be reshipped  due to your error,we will  bill your credit card the additional charges.

Checks and Money Orders:

Better Water Store accepts money orders and cashiers checks in US dollars and will ship upon receipt of payment.

Limitation of Liability:

Better Water Store's products are covered by the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty. Better Water Store makes no warranties of any kind, implied or expressed concerning water purification products suitability or fitness for a particular purpose. Better Water Store's liability shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price or replacement if defective. Any installation charges are non refundable. All of our merchandise is guaranteed to the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty. Any modifications or repairs or changes  shall void any and all warranties.

Finally:

Receipt of merchandise is considered acceptance of the terms and conditions expressed here. Better Water Store may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. If any part of these terms and conditions are found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
