The IonLife Jupiter Water Ionizer  Lifetime warranty covers you for LIFE on all parts (bumper to bumper) and for 100% labor for the first five years. It is the customers responsibility to pay for any shipping costs. After the first five years, the customer is responsible for labor (to a maximum of $199), and shipping costs.

The Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or by build up of calcium due to hard water deposits. If any ionizer is unable to be repaired, a fully functional ionizer of similar value will be offered as a replacement. * Excludes the Ultra Technos which has a two year warranty.

Warranty does not cover repairs caused by customer neglect or by failure to stop the build-up of calcium in hard water areas.

Jupiter Science has repair depots on the east and west coast and has by far the largest, water ionizer, dealer network in the USA.

Customers are required to phone first so that they can be issued with a Return Aurthorization Number.
